The Service You Deserve

Spark Electrician Services LLC was founded in 2015 by Justin Smith, with the addition of long time co-worker and friend Keith St. Laurent.

While interviewing the team at Spark I was impressed to observe such a strong corporate culture, to the extent where the interviewees had almost identical answers to the questions I was asking, questions that they had no prior knowledge that I was going to ask. I find it inspiring that the leadership at Spark Electrician Services is wholly committed to servant leadership, integrity, and the customer experience. Having worked for companies in the past that didn't understand what leadership was, this was a breath of fresh air to hear that there is a company out there that truly believes in taking care of its associates.

This project struck an emotional cord with me as well as the owner, who was moved to tears upon watching it. I am so happy that I got this opportunity to work with these people and I am proud to submit their story for the world to see.
