Transforming Manufacturing E-commerce: CoorsTek & Shift7

CoorsTek, a respected manufacturer of high-quality ceramic products, has teamed up with Shift7, a Merkle Company, to streamline their quoting process and pricing structure. The primary focus of the project was to unify CoorsTek's three existing storefronts into a cohesive platform for catalog customers. By integrating Salesforce B2B Commerce and Salesforce CPQ, we enabled customers to easily request quotes for customized products while also digitizing handwritten forms for international exports. The project showcased notable success with a conversion rate of 1.7%, indicating the effectiveness of the initiative. Additionally, the company experienced a significant 6% increase in page views, further highlighting the positive impact. Moreover, custom sales accounted for over 50% of revenue, underscoring the efficiency of the digital quoting process. CoorsTek's collaboration with Shift7 optimized their online storefront, generating growing interest and paving the way for sustained growth and revenue.
