Ballher Brand featuring Tamika Catchings

Nothing exemplifies success like Basketball Hall of Fame member Tamika Catchings. Throughout her life she has achieve incredible success through dedication, sacrifice and overcoming obstacles. The pursuit of her dreams has garnered her National Championships, a WNBA Championship, four trips to the Olympics, multiple MVP awards and now opportunities in the business world.

Like Tamika, the Ballher Brand knows the incredibly hard work it takes in order to achieve the highest levels of success in the athletic apparel industry... and since 2006 the Ballher Brand has been doing just that. The Ballher Brand is an organization that not only provides quality products to women of all ages and athletic abilities, but it's also an organization that focuses on the empowerment of women.

This particular project stemmed from text on a Ballher Brand shirt. The words became our script and dictated what Tamika would be doing when entering a gym and getting to work. We decided to release the final product in black and white because much like great fashion and Tamika's career we wanted this piece to be timeless.

With only a few crew members and abbreviated shooting schedule we knew this would be a hustle to get the shots we wanted. As they say though, teamwork makes the dream work, and in the three hours of shooting we were able to capture exactly what we aimed for.

Not to be outdone by our crew, the post production team stepped up in a big way. From the cuts, to color balance, to sound design we push the limits to makes this the best representation of a great athlete communicating an important message for women of all ages looking to achieve their dreams.
