Aktify has created a new conversational AI platform that communicates with its customers' leads at scale through SMS. The AI reaches out to leads, has a conversation with them about their interest in a product or service, finds a time to call that lead, and then connects the lead on the phone with a sales agent to close the deal. This product is used as a marketing/sales enablement tool to take out the mundane follow-up procedures that typically take up so much of a sales agents' work day. With an AI agent working thousands of leads at once, the sales agents use that saved time to take more inbound sales calls.

Although there are many use cases for Aktify's platform, the largest value Aktify customers see is when they upload stalled or "dead" leads that have not responded to sales for a significant amount of time. These leads have lost value to the sales team because of a lack of response after multiple outreaches. To the that company, these leads are worthless and a waste of time and will continue to sit stagnant in a CRM. Aktify takes on those "worthless" leads and uses SMS AI to have conversations with them and get them back on the phone with a sales agent. Although these potential customers are hard to get in communication with, at one point, they had interest in the offering. Aktify's AI can gauge that interest and connect end customers with the sales agents to complete that purchase. The AI platform is creating revenue for the company out of leads that currently have no value.
