HSE Career

This is a recruitment service for HSE students and graduates, where exclusive offers from the university's partner employers are available. Service is significantly different from such analogues as HeadHunter and SuperJob.

The Applicant enters the service via the HSE DFS (universal authorization system), so all the necessary information has been already installed except the work experience. In the personal account, the applicant sees the detailed info about views and responses. In the search interface similar jobs were replaced with similar companies. In addition to the classic filters we have installed HSE filters for campuses, industries and professional functions.

The Employer can post vacancies on the service and see responses to them. He cannot refuse a student without explaining the reasons so there is a set of prepared options. He must specify the type of vacancy — internship or job.

The service created in the HSE design system has harmoniously integrated into the ecosystem of the university's digital products. We used consistent patterns — blue collars revolving around a magnet symbolizing the service itself.

As a result, we received a high-quality product created according to the individual requirements of the customer, which greatly simplified the process of interaction between partners-employers and students-applicants.
