With access to digital content being somewhat hard to come by in South Africa, Openfield Marketing and their client Vodacom, identified an opportunity to offer soccer fans the chance to hear from their football heroes and get their thoughts on topical local soccer topics as well as reminisce about 'the good old days' when they still plied their trade on the pitch.

Each episode of Sisonke Diski Chat features legends of South Africa's two most popular teams, Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates. With new guests every episode, the content of the podcast never gets stale and fans are able to enjoy hearing from an array of ex-players who all have differing views on current soccer affairs.
