The Mindset series explores the core techniques that CPA, STEM and Finance professionals need to master in order to communicate effectively in a rapidly changing workplace.

As the audience, we follow an AI Robot’s journey deep into the world of essential human communication techniques, and learn alongside them. Unlike traditional corporate coaching, viewers will learn to unpack the layers of communication through engaging storytelling and charismatic characters: Robot, the learner, and Dr Beck, the teacher. Robot’s simple, candid and thoughtful persona helps to pose and explore key, communication-based questions in an accessible way. This then allows Dr Beck to explain crucial communication techniques and elaborate on topics in his signature clear and compelling manner. As Robot learns and develops in character, viewers will also experience the same growth as they improve their understanding of communication. Robot acts as a blank canvas and conduit for viewers to explore the various aspects of workplace communication.

Purposeful communication, both internally and externally, is one of the most important and effective tools in business. Being clear and understood, as well as listening to and understanding others, helps improve workplace wellbeing and efficiency.
