Australian Eggs ESA is a quality assurance program for delivering more consistent quality and sustainability outcomes across the egg industry and provides the framework to demonstrate compliance.

The project brief for Anvil Media was to create a 2:30 minute animated educational video that explains the key aspects of the ESA compliance program for egg producers and processors in meeting the needs of regulators, retailers, farmers and egg buyers in areas including hen welfare, egg quality, biosecurity, food safety, work health and safety and environmental management.
